Incompetence and bad service

I have never felt so disappointed in the qay I do about Ford Action Roodepoort. My car at this moment is not working well,yesterday I took my car to Supa quick thinking it has wheel alignment issues only to find that the gearbox oil is finished and my cv joints are dead,and my car came to you for service less than a month ago.I dont drive my car that much as I work from home,how did Ford miss that one too?My pump in the front was damaged in December,Ford never saw that while doing the service.Now my question is was there any service done to my car or it just came for a wash?I regret bringing my car to your place as I am experiencing issues with my car that you guys failed to identify on your own product.I have been taking my car to Fury Ford on William Nicol in Sandton and I have never experienced this terrible service or rather a no service.Am not coming back there and will make sure I spread the word.
