In the four months that I have bought a car from them; it has spent +/- over 3 months in and out of their workshops!!!

I bought a used Astra from IC Auto Kemptonpark (a CFAO Dealer), in March/April, and it turned out to be the worst nightmare I've ever had... The car has been going in & out of Williams Hunt Edenvale (another CFAO Dealer) workshop ever since I collected it. As I type this, it's been there for almost two months straight now, as it went back beginning of July. I haven't even received a clear answer on how this has affected the six months "guarantee/cool-off" period; because when I get the car back it'll be left about 2 months or less.

I have been requesting to cancel the contract or negotiate to exchange the car; however, I have not been receiving any cooperation regarding that. I am not even getting an answer when I ask about that.
