I'm just disheartened

Dearest VW... Thank you for servicing my vehicle... For the first time in my life, I'm very disappointed with the outcome of my visit. For starters, I was served cappuccino with ants which I only noticed after drinking a quarter of the cup. When I told the lady who served it to me, her reply was that the ants will help with my eyesight ( I had my specs on). She also mentioned that the ants were in someone else's cup before. I said it was okay and didn't ask for another cup. Secondly I was late for work because the driver was delayed. Thirdly, I made the full payment in less than 2 minutes and when I asked if the old parts were kept in a box in my car, I was told yes and there is no sign of a box in my car. No old parts to even tell if a service was even done. Forthly, I asked if my car will be washed, I was told yes. Looking at the car it was vacuumed inside and wiped with a cloth on the outside. I always bring my car there for a service and this service was the worst....
