I WILL NEVER VISIT CMH TOYOTA MELROSE AGAIN

This is an email is wrote. I was disgusted at the time, nevertheless all facts and truth. I WILL NEVER VISIT THIS DEALERSHIP AGAIN

Good day

From the moment I set foot in this dealership I have had nothing but a bad experience where the sales lady can tell me how she is having an affair with the sales manager, and how she can twist his arm to do things.

A day or 2 later, my wife went with me to the dealership, again Tracy the sales person, asks my 13 month old son, if he speaks "INDIAN."

My wife never wanted to buy a car from this dealership but I pushed ahead.

Then the next story was how she hates Murray and cant deal with him, she had asked to be moved downstairs closer to her *****.

Then you get the finance lady (Tshidi) who I think needs extensive training. She should rather go give customers coffee and leave FNI.

She made me wait more than a week with the finance app, saying I should leave it in her capable hands (Around 10 days)

She made huge fundamental errors when signing, we had signed contract on 08/02/2018, but only finished signing on 27/02/2018.

I had requested the contract start on 01/04/2018, she rushed my wife and I through the contract, and even asked my wife why she was taking so long. This is such bad business practises. She made so many errors. And now I have to deal with the consequences as the contract actually starts on 01/03/2018.

I am past the money issue as I requested Murray for his kind assistance which was turned down, I have to respect that.

He is now there 6 months in the new job from what I understand and this dealership is no where near being saved. I find the staff useless, unprofessional, arrogant( as in the case of Tshidi who could not even greet my family and I today), and paint CMH as a whole in such a bad light.

I am disgusted beyong what I ever thought. I will never set foot in this dealership again, or any other CMH affiliated dealership again. My business will be appreciated elsewhere. I will be respected as a custermore.

Furthermore I did tell Hemanth who is the relatinship person for MFC and the dealership about the price of the vehicle being inflated, she said he will pretend he never heard that. Its only suppose to be around 10%.

Price of vehicle R500 700.

Extras R15000

Total invoice R621000

Thats around 17% over price. I will be talking to Hello Peter, the ombudsman, Toyota SA etc.
