I REGRET CHOOSING THIS DEALERSHIP!!!
My car was towed to BMW Fourways on Monday afternoon, 23 May 2022 for the replacement of clutch and flywheel. Today I received a call that says the a bonnet shock also needs to be replaced, hence the shock was in a working order when the car was towed to this dealership. When I demanded answers as to what happened that the shock was suddenly not working, I was told that the technician said it goes up and doesn't hold the bonnet. I am not satisfied about this answer and I want answers
