how are they still open

<p>i recently purchased a chev utility it had an issue we took it to williams hunt the glen..omw! what a horrible experiance the staff are terrible the guy ho was incharge of my car johan i think how rude. i took my car in on the monday after 12 on wedesday no1 could tell us what was wrong that is how trained the machanics are i spoke to johan on tuesday and wednesda he could not tell me what was wrong on the wednesday he said he would deff kno he said he is just going downstairs he will call me in abit he didnt! i called the manager there for the service department he made up a bunch of excuses eventually they told us what the problem is they "think" which was not wat it went in for my cars still not right and they havnt given me my service book johan said when i called he will give it back wen he is done even though i have my car and he just didnt bother to tell us when we picked it up and he was really rude..so after all this my car is still not fixed and they still have my book from friday last week also i had to call to see if my car was done they apparrently dont do that</p>
