HORRIBLE & TERRIBLE SERVICE

<p>Hello Peter,</p> <p> </p> <p>I am in dire need of your help. I do not mean to give any indvidual a bad name pr deformation of any kind, all i need is my Car to be sorted by the Dealership mentioned above.</p> <p> </p> <p>I pruchased a Chev Cruze 1.6LS (M100D38) VIN KL1PJ5E6XAK747656 and i have endlessly dealt with Vivian Moonegha the Service adviser which the probless is now long starting to affect my Parenting, Professional and Domestic life as I am continuously forced to take public transport.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am a Lady and know nothing about Cars but I can see Red/Orange lights on my dashboard which is a warning that something isn't running smooth in the Car. I am a Mother and I would not want to be stuck in the middle of nowhere because of ignoring these warnings. It is almost a Year now going back and forth to Williams Hunt Durban all in vain with different reports coming from the Servise Adviser.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am sick and tired hence my writing to you for help.
