Horrible Service

I went with my spouse to buy Opel Mokka at Williams Hunt.The service was great until to the point where we wanted something fixed on the car.We were told to rather claim through warranty because the car has still on warranty. We were reffered to Williams hunt Midrand and were that is the only place to put our claim.I called them and they were busy and was informed that Stefan or Wasila will call me back to assist. It's been 3 months still waiting for thier call.The service is appalling. If they can tjus message they can call me at ***
