Horrible service bySercive Advisor at Buffalo Toyota Mthatha

I had my car serviced at Buffalo Toyota Mthatha today and when I had to pick it up I encountered the rudest, most unhelpful and dismissive so called service advisor by the name of Yonela Mtan***i. Not only was she unable to answer simple questions relating to my invoice, she blatantly refused to change the incorrect ownership and contact details on the invoice she gave me stating that it's not her fault and that it was generated by the system and that I should live with it. When I refused to pay the invoice with the incorrect details, she threatened to keep my own car hostage. I asked to escalate the issue to her manager and only then did she ask someone to rectify the invoice all the while telling everyone who could hear that she needs to knock off soon. I was appalled by this behavior and wish to have the matter addressed by Toyota because it is unacceptable and does nothing for the sustainability of the dealership in a Mthatha. It was a horrible experience.
