HORRIBLE SERVICE

HelloPeter team.

I am struggling with VW Strijdom park with regards to the service I got from them 9 weeks ago. They did not close my engine oil sump / oil compartment and oil is leaking so bad that I stopped using the car since.

they said they were going to come check the problem, but never came. I took the matter to the Motor Ombuds, but still nothing has been done. its the vehicle I'm using for work and I have been struggling to do any work ever since.

I'll appreciate any intervention in this regard. thanks, Nkosie Dube
