Horrible experience at Melrose Toyota!

What a horrible experience. I bought my 1st vehicle at this dealership and my experience was the worst. Anton (the sales man) was nice at first. However, my experience while collecting my vehicle was the worst. He pushed me to come collect the vehicle , yet it was not ready for collection. I explained that a family member has just been admitted, yet he did not seem to be empathic. I received my vehicle without the experience of collection for me to even have a day to remember. It was like everything is rushed.

It's 5 days and I am asking to bring in the vehicle as I am not happy with the sound coming from the vehicle when reversing. He states it is my duty to book for it to get checked. I was quoted on smash and grab yet nothing shows that the windows were touched. I then ask for the roadworthy certificate and he states that it can't be given to me. How exhausting it is to deal with such. Nothing is being taken seriously!
