I took in my car for service in August and the check engine light was on. I was given a quote of the work that was required , I accepted the quote and was told parts would be ordered that never happened. Between August and November I called over 15 times, sent messages went to the branch 3 times appealed to the service manager all I got was we will call you back! Eventually I gave up and took my car to Williams Hunt Fourways same day my car was diagnosed parts ordered and fixed same day service! I begged the pathetic Midrand branch to fix my car for 4 months???? Disgusting!
