Happy to sell to you ... but the after sales service is dismal.

I used to be happy with them, having bought a new car and a second hand car from them. However, when I bought the second hand car, they didn't give me the Book of Life or the Users Manual and I was told I would have to pay for it. When I took it in for a service, I asked them to check the fuses, and they said I would have to bring the car in on a second occasion and pay an additional fee for that to be done.
