General Motor/Reeds poor workmanship and service

When I bought my 2010 Chevy Cruze I ensured that I bought the top of the range car which I believed to be quality. Now three years later a month after my car had its 120 000km service. My gearbox is completely messed up. I drove it straight the the N1 city Reeds servicing center, who had serviced the car just a month earlier. They made me feel like I was the cause of the breakdown. I waited three days for feedback to find out the they need me to pay them and the third party specialist they need to fix the problem they missed. When I questioned this I was told that its not there fault because General Motor doesn't require them to inspect the gearbox before 150 000 km, which meant I had a defective product. Its been just over a week without my car and I was just informed that I have to fork out R38000 for a faulty product made by a motoring manufacturing giant. And the service is truly disgusting! I'm expected to hire a car on my own cost for an unspecified time, because they don't even know how long its going to take yo fix the car. Shame on you Reeds N1, shame on you General motors for making me feel like I wasted my time purchasing your product and trusting to service it
