G2 certified means nothing!
I bought a car a bit more than a year ago that was so called 'G2' certified from the he Williams Hunt group. This group was able to give me an extended warranty on this car when I purchased it. I drove the car for 30 000 kms and my engine management light started showing. Took the car recently for a major service and was advised the car needs two oxygen sensors and a catalytic convertor replaced. I am also being advised my warranty does not cover the catalytic convertor, meaning I will have to fork up R34 697.07 to repair this. I really feel done by due to the following reasons:

1. I moved from a very good brand Ford to a GM car, I have lost faith in this brand. How are a car with this low milage already require a catalytic convertor
2. I have raised this with their customer service liaison Fieeza at WH Bellville, to date I have not received any called form them, also lost my faith in them as a possible future dealer of choice. (uncustomer-centric)
3. I will always use the service I got from the Ford motor group as my benchmark in terms of a quality product, this does not come close
