Good day I serviced my car on the 17 June 2022. David phoned to tell me my dics are finished, they will have to s**** or replaces them. I told him I am going home I dnt want them Sc****d but replaced. He gave me a qoute of R2.2. I asked for discount there cos I was paying cash and he said R2.1. Then I approved. When the car comes back, break pads were replaced not Discs. I complainted my case was handed to Moolman Jacque who said he hears me and wanted to give me a qoute for discs. I asked him if he understands my problem, he said yes. But he trusts David with his whole life, David will never give me a qoute of R2.2 for Dics. What they do they only replace disc when they are very thin, they skim them if they are still fine. I told him I dnt work for Toyota and My point is that I approved for something and paid for it only to find out its not done but they replaced break pads. Ofwhich I would have neva agreed to R2k breakpads that I can get them for R500. I asked him to listen to that recording for that day. His final words was he trust David with his life. Is this how you work Algoa Toyota?
