***** alert: they don’t replace the parts you pay for.

Today I had my Landcruiser v8 LX serviced. After the service was done, I paying for the service and parts, and went home. Opening the hood I discovered that they hadn’t even changed the parts of what they had just charged me for. I drove back to the dealership. Service was terrible and they tried to deny this at first. Then the head manager said it was their mistake and blamed it on their mismanagement. They finally replaced the spare parts after 90 mins. Basically ***** and I wouldn’t recommend this garage!
