I did a job for Action Ford and I gave my detail in person as requested and have still not been paid for the job and they say they have paid me and showed me some bogus emails that changes the banking details and when I went in to say I have not been paid they said my emails was hacked. But I did not give my CK docs and Banking details via email I brought them in in person as I refused to email those docs to any one. The branch refuses to even have the email IP address checked to see who they where talking to and refuses to see that the banking details they they have are ********** banking details they have as it has my business profile but not my business account number. Plus my CK docs have been changed as well and the only people that emailed them to head office was Ford Malmesbury branch, which means that between Malmesbury and Ford head office the docs where changed as I did not email my CK or bank disc to Ford at all. So I have had to open a ***** case and still the dealer principal refuses to even have the issue checked and todate has not paid for the refurbished turbo for his generator or any parts used plus services rendered. This is poor show for a big company like this to cheat a small business out of the money that is owned to them iness.
