Ford, the disappointment

<p>We bought our ford bakkie early last year. It went for its first service in November and all seemed well. Little did we know that the technicians had left a cloth somewhere inside of the engine and unlucky for us a couple of km later we were left on the side of the road.</p> <p> </p> <p>We have been having so much trouble regarding this issue. First of all no responsibility was being taken. Now after nearly a month nothing has happened, even with us phoning everyday!!!!!! We have had to borrow cars in order to get to work and they couldn't care. No Curtisity car is available apparently and the parts are only being ordered 'today'. Just remember the car was towed almost a month ago.</p> <p> </p> <p>If nothing nothing by the end of this week, we will be taking this further. We have bought multiple cars from this ford and are so disappointed by this this. Ford is becoming a disappointment to the world</p>
