Ford SA cancel Warranty

We got a brand new 2012 Ford Figo during November 2012 from Action Ford Roodepoort.<br> During an annual service in March 2014, no rust were detected. <br> The vehicle was used in the Cape Town area during the period Jan 2013 to Feb 2015 and after that returned to the Roodepoort area where it has been used sinced,<br> During the next annual service in March 2015, severe rust underneath the vehicle were detected,<br> The warranty of 4 years or 120,000 km were then cancelled with immediate effect and Ford claimed that we were negligent and breached the warranty requirements.<br> We made several requests to Ford SA for reinstatement as we do not know on what basis were we negligent, with no success. <br> The matter was referred to the Ombudsman for the Motor Industry, but they never received any reply from Ford SA on this matter.<br> We really think that we have been treated extremely unfair by Ford SA!! <br>
