Ford mekor Claremont Cape Town

<p>Hi I took my ford focus to Ford Mekor Claremont on 22/02/2017. The next day I was informed by them that my front doors inside handles had to be replace and the locking mechanism. The outside handles couldn't open the doors hence the reason I took it. According to them they had to order it and will take 3 days. My car was supposed to be ready on 2017/02/27. This never happened and no phone calls from them. Up until now my car is still there. Disgusting and very poor level of service I got from them, will not refer any person to deal with them.</p>
