Ford Krugersdorp

We bought a Ford Kuga at Ford Krugersdorp 22 February 2018. The sale service was great, but the aftersales horrible.

We bought the car the 5th of March and we are still waiting for our money to be paid to us for our trade in. We also don`t have our cars papers or new number plates yet!

We have been e-mailing the sales person, no responce, he does not return our phone calls or reply to our mails.

My husband was there in person to enquire, he said he will find out what was going on and let us know, but until today no responce.

I am realy dissapointed & not sure which route to follow ?
