Ford figo worst ford ever

My vehicle has been in for the 15000km service. The friday before the actual service a engin light went on and we took the vehicle to ben morgenrood. They ran a diagnostic on the vehicle and said that we use incorrect fuel and they will do a reset on the vehicle. The next week the vehicle went for the service at action ford and we pointed out all the errors we have experienced on the vehicle. When the vehicle returned from its service none of the issues were resolved. We have since the service date 23.04.2019 taken the vehicle back to action ford 3 times. But the service team are beating around the bush. The faults originally reported is. The right driver window that does not want to close all the time. The answer to this is - it happens and they have reset the fuses. Then we reported that the vehicle has exceptionally high idling - the answer to that is that its the heartbeat and this vehicles does that. Then the last item on my list is.. The engin light. I was told it's got to do with the emiton catalytic converter. The engin was reset.. This reset has been done now 4 times since the first time the vehicle gave the error. Now my question to ford is are you going to carry the costs if this vehicle breaks as it seems that the quick fix for ford is to reset everything and not looking at what the cause of the problem is. Since the vehicle has returned from the service there is a noise on the exhaust manifold and this is becoming very alarming that none of our attempts have been resolved
