Ford Figo recall-no parts available for repairs

<p>I recieved an email 22June 2017 saying that my Ford Figo was apart of the Ford 2017 recall. I called in to bookmark my car in for repairs on the same day and was given a date for the 29th of June. This morning I arrive at Ford to drop off my car and I am told that Ford SA currently has no parts for to fix the recall problem with the Ford Figo. and that I am looking at a period of plus 6weeks before this issue can be resolved. Firstly why were we not contacted and alerted that the pats are not available for the repairs on our cars, and how significant is this risk of continuing to drive these cars with this problem? Why is there no further communication from Ford about what is going to be done? </p>
