Ford cannot do vehicle repairs

I had more problems with my vehicle on Friday, which again left me standing, after the areas that your guys worked on and messed up and repetitively tried to fix before packed up again. The mechanics that helped me showed me that the ball joint bolts were missing from my front right wheel and that if I was traveling at speed would have had a huge accident and possibly ****ed myself and passengers (lack of workmanship, negligence or spite from your mechanic?). Your mechanics changed the bearings there and the break pads (which I'm told are also worn ou***** only been a few weeks???) With all the issues I have experienced with the serious lack of workmanship on my vehicle, from your Ford branch, returning it 4 times for the same things, including telling you that there was a loose part sound at my wheel (which now turns out to be the ball joint). * I am seriously, seriously concerned at the way things have been done on my vehicle and due to this: Will never use your branch again. Will never buy a Ford again. Will never spend my hard earned cash for something I do not get in return (this is like buying mouldy cheese at the cafe and they don't acknowledge it, BUT want to keep your cash). Will be sure to spread the word. Have no choice, but to escalate, as your management is superior to clients and does not engage them. Be that as it may, I paid you for something you did not deliver, I want my money back (the bearings are okay, you can keep that amount.
