Follow up was sold a brand new T-CROSS HIGHLINE which malfunctions

Still same issue, my problems have not been sorted they still say they can't find anything wrong with the car, vw south Africa are not really assisting as a brand, so now I had to refer the mater to ombudsman as I have not been assisted and I'm of the opinion that I'm just being dismissed as I stated, that if they see the car being in good condition let them keep themselves, because I experience problems with car.
