First buy,should've thought twice

<p> I just brought a car on 19 / 05/17.</p> <p>With collection I raised some minor issues with the dealer.e.g. car was never washed or been for a valet.dealer quite happily agreed.as he could see all this.I also noticed a few minor scratches that could've been dealt with if a buff and polish was done.I believe all these things have not been done yet I payed for service n delivery.also I payed travelling to collect the vehicle.I also payed for a tracker thats not yet installed.dealer blames tracker and vice versa.im driving a vehicle with no traceker and the insurance needs the certificate.the manager then called yesterday and asked till midday yesterday to turn this experience around.im still waiting , I requested a breakdown for the big amount I was charged for service n delivery and what was done with receipts.</p> <p>Terribly unhappy customers</p>
