FAULTY ROLLER SHUTTER ON LEGEND RS

I bought a Hilux Legend RS in January 2021 from NTT Toyota Tzaneen. The Roller shutter for my vehicle only worked for less than 10 days. The dealership above has been unhelpful in that they always told me that they will call me until I decide to take the car to Limpopo Toyota sometime in March 2021. At Limpopo Toyota, I met the lady, namely: Michelle; who arranged diagnostics on the car and confirmed that I'll be contacted for Roller shutter replacement. It was early April when a verbal confirmation to replace the shutter was given to me. To date, I have not received any call from Limpopo Toyota. Now, I'm operating the shutter manually with the help of my children, something Frustrating to the core. This is my first encounter with Toyota as a brand. I never bought a Toyota before. I don't know if I should keep this Frustrating car or not. I now have around 4 months struggling with a car bought brand new. I'm frustrated beyond measure.
