Falsified Information from Action Ford Malmesbury

What was supposed to be a exciting experience turned into a nightmare. I bought a vehicle at Ford Malmesbury based on falsified disclosures made by their sales consultant. My pre-conditions of sale included no accident damage, i must be the second owner, and a full service history. Upon taking the vehicle to an independent assessor due to a strange ripple effect on the door when viewed from an angle, i was informed that it had indeed accident damage. I also discovered that I am not the second owner and that the consultant provided me with false information. The service book also did not have one service stamped, which they had stamped at Novel Ford in Paarl, but how sure am I that it indeed has a full service history. I spent a lot of money buying the vehicle. I cannot tell people where to go buy their vehicles, but I, just like many others, thought I am buying a vehicle at a reputable dealer, but disclosing false information to make a sale, means that there is no integrity at their branch. Based thereon, I would rather differ from using Action Ford Malmesbury. Rather spend your money after doing thorough research. Hope this report can help someone else.
