In December 2015 I purchased a Opel Corsa Classic 1.6 Elegance from Reeds N1 City, Goodwood. A few months ago I saw another Corsa in the parking area of a supermarket with two "Elegance" badges on both front doors, and a "Classic" badge on the boot. When I contacted Robert Stassen, the salesman who sold me the car, this is the email I got from him:

Hi Mr Derick

Hope you are well

This 2004 opel corsa with 139000km that was purchased from reeds n1 city on the 17/12/2015 is a trade in vehicle that was purchased by you,we had received this vehicle in this mannor from the previous client

We would of only replaced this if it was agreed apon on the delivery of vehicle that happened 15months ago or before the purchase was concluded

So I am sorry we will not be covering the costs of this

I will gladly assist you by ordering the parts if you would like

Please let me know

regards

The 2 "Elegance" badges, which are plastic cost R319.48 each, and the metal "Classic" badge is R55.27. How can they justify R319.48 for plastic badges, and as they sold me a Opel Corsa Classic 1.6 Elegance, how can they justify charging me for these badges?
