Failure to change ownership after vehicle sale!

In August 2021 I sold my vehicle to Buy Centre, a division of Williams Hunt. All the relevant documents, including the original Natis was delivered to Reeds in Claremont in Cape Town. When I recently tried to register a vehicle in my name, I was informed that the vehicle sold in 2021 was still registered in my name, and there was outstanding license fees since 2022. As a result I am unable to proceed with any vehicle or driver's license registration. This is totally unacceptable that such a reputable organization did not change ownership since 2021 which has now left me in a desperate position. I demand that the arrears be settled with immediate effect, and that I be removed as the registered owner.
