Factory Fault Ford Focus

I bought a FORD Focus ecoboost from Allen Joss Ford in 2015 October. I took the car from the garage on a friday afternoon. On Saturday I went to town and parked the car outside in the sun . When i returned from the mall and switched the car on, the wipers went on non stop. I had to drive the car with wipers distracting my view. I felt so embarrassed and humiliated as this was a brand new car. I called the sales consultant Sibu (Allen Joss Ford) and he said I should bring the car to the dealership. I took it to the dealership and they put it through the machine and claimed that there was nothing wrong with it as the system did not detect any fault. I took the car home and every time i parked it in the sun , it repeated the same story. I called the sales consultant again and he said they are out of courtesy cars and that he will call me to bring in my car when they have a courtesy car. This dragged for 2 months. In January I took the car in, spoke to the Maintenance guy by the name of Brent. He gave me a Ford KA and they kept my car for about 2 weeks. They claimed that it was the tracker causing the problem. the tracker was removed but the problem persisted. When I fetched the car it had the same problem and they said I should take it and remove the tracker. When I removed the tracker, I experienced the same problem. I am tired of running around in circles yet every month I pay for the car. I took the car to Allen Joss this morning and I need you guys to react and give me a solution. This car has a factory fault. Either fix the car or give me a new one. I cant put my life at risk by having wipers which distract my view when I am driving!
