Extremely poor attitude and lack of urgency. I paid a holding deposit for a Ford Everest and signed their offer to purchase only to be told the vehicle is no longer available. It has been 2 weeks of me pestering them and I still cannot get my holding deposit back from them. They constantly give stories and lies about what's happening.
