Extremely bad service from Action Ford Roodepoort

Bought an Ecosport at this dealership. Once they had my money all cooperation ended. They even struggled to register the vehicle. Dates were promised, but nothing happened. They would not even call to say the plates were not ready. After close to a month of continuous nagging this issue was eventually solved. I also paid for vehicle tracking to be installed - even received a hand written installation certificate. When I phoned cartrack, they could not find my or the car details - turned out that the installation was cancelled when Action Ford Roodepoort could not transfer the vehicle to my name. The next obvious move is to ask my payment for vehicle tracking back. I emailed them all the detail plus the response from Cartrack, but, of course, just silence.

Please stay away from these people unless you need stress in your life.
