Extremely bad service.

I was speaking to the consultant and she said she was transferring me to a manager and she dropped the phone on me. This is not the first time I encounter bad service at this place. I just hope people could just go somewhere to buy cars this is not a good place. I am still on about my engine from 2017 they always run away from helping a person.
