Exceptional Service

Mcdulings VW have provided exceptional afters sales service. I had purchased a used vehicle in May 2019 (not a VW brand). Within a month there was a mechanical problem. Salesman Enoch Madibane did not hesitate to make arrangements to have the vehicle sent to an outsourced repair centre and have the problem fixed. In July the problem persisted again Enoch with his manager Andre Schoombie made the necessary arrangements to repair the vehicle. I was also provide with a courtesy car for the duration of the repair. Unheard of service in these times from a used car dealership. These two gentleman are truly an asset and ambassadors for the brand
