Louise showed in a split second a thorough grasp of customer service and the long term approach to it. This is indicative of a customer service oriented culture that is more than likely being cultivated at IC Auto Nissan Kempton Park.</p> <p> </p> <p>I will refer to this moment, in both my professional and private capacity, as an example of exceptional customer service.</p> <p> </p>
