Excellent service for pre-owned car purchase

After having a horrid experience with Williams Hunt who sold a car I had signed an OTP for I was very hesitant to trust anyone in the business and I must say Action Ford Roodepoort seems to have a pretty bad score. However, a car came up on autotrader but had no pictures. I phoned and asked for pics of the car which the salesperson Jan send instantaneously while also telling me more about the car. After a whatsapp stating that I was worried re rating on hellopeter I got an immediate phone call explaining that the bad rating was when it was under previous management.

So, I decided to give them a chance.

I am happy I did since Jan and Charmaine who did our finance were top notch in their assistance and help. We looked at the car on Wednesday and Jan showed us the few scratches he was going to get fixed by a panel beater and gave a honest assessment of the car. Charmaine organised the finance so that we could pick up the car on the Saturday.

All in all, it seems there has been a real change in this dealership and I am happy to say we were well looked after and dealt with professionally. Thumbs up to Jan and the team for a great job.
