I had the pleasure of dealing with VW Weiss Durban , from the get go and the way they acknowledge and treat their clients goes beyond words in this day and age, often people treat their clients and customers like just a number as part of a target of everyday work life, not at this branch, here they are so welcoming and they go beyond their way to make you feel at ease and that all things will be taken care off in a professional manner, which gives you peace of mind, and makes you want to come back to them over and over again. I salute the staff and their Dealer principle cause it takes a great leader who’s hands on to make even the staff have that same compassion and apathy to their clients.
