Dear Ford, Last week, I was provided with excellent service at your Krugersdorp ford action service station. I deeply appreciate it. My ford focus 2017 model was recalled and changed the clutch plate since it was under warranty at no extra cost. I have been taking my car to action ford at Constantia kloof and I kept on tolerant their poor service until I decided to change the service station. The guy by the name of Werner Olivier and the technicians discovered a problem and manage to fix it while other dealerships could not pick up anything.
