Erratic service and poor aftersales

I have had nothing, but poor experiences with Reeds N1 City. Since December when first applying for the vehicle which I bought to waiting for its delivery to it finally being delivered and then needing repairs regardless of being informed that the vehicle was in immaculate condition. Lets not mention the vehicle being delivered with no reg docs or service book which I STILL do not have. After already spending almost four thousand rand on new shocks, rattling noises from the engine upon start up rev, winding sounds upon deceleration and then finally an engine management light and getting stuck in the middle of morning traffic. My vehicle has been with them since the 15th of February and still no repairs, no feedback to my emails for a basic update on the status of the repairs. At this point, I dont even want the vehicle anymore. I have no idea what kind of business these people are running. I think I would have had better service from some corner s**** yard businessman.
