Enough of this

I took my car for a service early in the year and R800 was ****** out of my vehicle which I had forgotten to take out the morning and later that afternoon it was nowhere to be found. I brought the matter to the service agent and workshop manager's attention and I was told they have multiple subcontractors and the vehicle is left unattended. To them its a shock that I left such an amount. As a mother that has 3 kids that I must see to every morning that day was just hectic from my side and it cost me R800.00. Yesterday I again took my car to the same delaership because its close to my workplace, I had to phone and enquire if my car was done yet, only to be told I must give Melvyn 5minutes he will phone me later, 45 minutes later there was no call from him and I decided to walk to the dealership and wait there. When I got there he was still going to check up on my car which to me showed that he cares less about my business. This morning while driving to work I discovered my driver's licence was not in the car someone removed it from the pocket which is next to the steering wheel and that pocket was cleaned. I drove back to the dealership to enquire and all he said "if there was they would have given it to him". I regret the day I bought my car and have to deal with Reeds, Cape Town. It hurts so much having to do business with them.
