Engine Covers Lost During Service

<p>My vehicle’s engine covers were removed during the 80 000km service at Toyota Melrose Arch and were not refitted. I contacted the dealer (a week later) about this. The service advisor (Stella) confirmed that they found many engine covers lying around in their workshop but none that fitted my vehicle. The dealer principle and service advisor committed to contact me but I am still waiting for their call. I contacted Toyota head office (Kabo Modisane) and they referred me back to the dealer and never returned my subsequent email.</p> <p>Disappointed in Toyota’s service.</p> <p> </p>
