Engine Cover Missing

To whom it may concern I had my Ford Fiesta for service at Action Ford Mokopane for 150000km service on Tuesday 11 January 2022, we stay outside of town did not drive it again. Checked it over the weekend as we are planning to go on holiday soon only to discover they took off my Engine cover, called the branch 07:30 Monday 17 January 2022,talked to the Manager which told me I must bring in my car, had my car there by 08:00 the Manager wasnt available only the technician which then told me they will have a look maybe it is at the washbay, received a call later that day from the Manager telling me my car never had that cover and unfortunately there is no cameras to confirm if it had one, called Ford Head Office sent through photos where it had the cover, and confirmation from another Ford branch that my car did in fact come out with that cover but to no avail they are still lying and telling me they can not confirm that my car had the cover, called around to other branches and received photos with the engine cover as well with the same model. I urge you please make sure you take photos of your engine before you take your car for service as there may be some stuff missing when you get it back.
