Engene parts they refused to take it, while still on a Box

It is very useless, their rules are useless, you order something and when you return in less than a day they don't want to pay back the money, I mean I ordered something incorrectly, and now they want you to keep them I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy staff from them. I'm so disappointed
