EMPTY PROMISES_LACK OF EMPATHY_BAD SERVICE

<p>I purchased my Chev Aveo on September 2015 at Williams Hunt port Elizabeth.. Making them known I need reliable transport as ive previosly bought my cars cash and had terrible experiences costing me thousands, plus the fact that i am A sales rep using my vehicle fr sales...</p> <p> </p> <p><br />In the first month I found 7 x fault with this vehicle which includes:</p> <p>-Vehicle over heating as there were damages making the water leak</p> <p>-Right light not working</p> <p>-Wiper blades faulty</p> <p>-Aircon not working </p> <p>-Tyres being too small for the rim causing punctures</p> <p>-Lighter socket not working to charge phone</p> <p>-And more....</p> <p> </p> <p><br />I have then complained and requested another vehicle telling them I dont mind if its cheaper or slightly more-But that I am unhappy with this vehicle from day 1 and that my family and myself is at risk driving in this unsafe vehicle.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />I was then promised the above to get fixed and that no other problems would come up.</p> <p>They only fixed the water pump, one wiper blade,replaced my tyres with other tyres which only lasted 8 months before they poppoed with us on the higway driving 120km/h with my child in the car almost causing major accident, then we put the spare wheel on and 20min after that it happened again , causing the thread to come off hitting my bumper and fender broken, pulling my flicker wires and water pump pipe out completely.. This caused us to rent a vehicle untill we were able to fix the vehicle.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />I had to replace my tyres and fix my fender and bumper and flickers at own cost.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />Then I was promised again in July 2016 By Trevor at Williams Hunt Pe William moffit that the above would be soreted again as promised.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />We moved to Cape town and then Trevor Liased with Adrian at Williams Hunt Bellville to get the aircon,wipers and lighter socket fixed. It has been months now of me having to run up and down "harrasing" them but still NOTHING!! And i am tired of the lack of empathy and tired of having to fight to what i am paying for every month for the next few years on something I never got from day 1!! I have requested another vehicle numerous times, as this vehicle is costing me thousands.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />I followed up last 3 weeks ago beginning of November 2016. Where Adrian has promised to send Trevor a mail following up to the process of getting my vehicle fixed and that he would cc me in the mail.</p> <p> </p> <p><br />Yet NOTHING ONCE AGAIN!!!</p> <p> </p> <p><br />They do not care about the safety of my family, nor the fact that this vehicle is causing me so much money .</p> <p> </p> <p><br />And its embarresing that this service is not only coming from Williams Hunt William moffit, but has been coming from Williams hunt PE to Bellville to William Moffit in Pe.....</p> <p> </p> <p><br />EMpty promises, lack of empathy , caring more about the money they make than the people..</p> <p> </p> <p><br />I am DONE fighting and I am taking matters further!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p><br />Regards</p> <p>T Barrett</p> <p> </p>
