Empty Boot Syndrome

I have been BEGGING Williams Hunt Fourways for over a year now for some assistance. I purchased an Opel 1.4 Turbo from them last year in July. Trusting that everything was in order I didn't check the spare wheel at the inspection because I needed to get back to work. About a month later I opened the boot to check and noticed no spare wheel. When I called and inquired I was told that this was because I had run flats and therefore did not need a spare. How true this is, I do not know, and it was not explained to me because I am treated like a stupid woman whenever I question. Nonetheless - I took my car in for its second service this weekend where I again inquired what should happen if i get stuck as there is nothing in my boot , and when i say nothing I mean NOTHING. And with South African roads .... do I really need to explain. I was told that there was meant to be a little USB pump inside a little side pocket in the boot .... well low and behold as I had said initially there was nothing there. I was told they would look into it. I go to fetch my car after its service and again ask about what is meant to be in the boot and AGAIN nothing has been done and I am once again treated like some sort of idiot for questioning it????? Do you think it would be possible that after an entire ****ing year WILLIAMS HUNT FOURWAYS could advise on what is supposed to be in my boot if something happens to a wheel??? As a (stupid) woman alone on the road I highly doubt an empty boot is going to help me in an emergency situation now is it? I paid my **** off for the car and I want answers. I am tired of being polite and asking men who work for Williams Hunt Fourways because they brush off my question every time and make excuses.
