Doubting the Integrity and service commitment of Ford!

On the morning of the 30th of September 2016, i took my car in for a service as I booked it for one the day before. I got an sms to say that my car was booked in and this was after speaking to a consultant at Ford on Hill Street. I get there the morning of and was told that I had missed the deadline and there was nothing they could do. I explained to them that I was in an accident and unfortunately could not bring the car in for the annual service earlier in the year. They informed me that I need to call the customer Care centre and explain that to them. So I took my car back and went to the office. An hour later I get a call from Ford Hill Street to say that The Technician had just checked my car, recited my registration number and my name, and said that i had two small holes/cracks on my windscreen. firstly, I had my car with me, secondly there were no cracks on my windscreen. So i asked the lady again, what registration number was it...she recited my number, so I told her that I didn’t have any cracks on my windscreen. She said that I wouldn’t necessarily be able to see it myself, but the technician has advised her that it was so..and it would cost R200 and something to fix..............which most places do for free. I told her that this was unacceptable cause I have my car!!!! I called the Customer service to ask if I could still have my service done as It was overdue by 1 month . They said NO, that this was not allowed! My car has 34 000 miles on the clock and is 4 years old ( could they not accommodate me) Where is the service people!!!!!! I am now in the market for a new car...and trust me Ford will not be getting my business, purely because of the bad service and their integrity!
