Don't buy from Reeds Bellville

Worst experience in my life. I bought an Opel Astra from Reeds in October 2023 and 1 month later, problems started. When I bought the car, everyone was smiling and happy, but the minute you call regarding issues, then you get even more problems with service. They do the very basic to fix the car and don't even use their own fitment centre to fix issues on the cars they sell. Every time I call regarding my problem, I get told they don't know and need the car with warning light on. It's been more than 6 months, and I'm still having problems with my car. I get told it's fixed, then after I collect the car the problem is still there. I don't know if they even looked at the problem and just pushing a person away. Every time I call the dealership, everyone is busy and then have to leave a message. No one calls back, then I'm left with calling again just to leave another message. I stay far from the dealer and every time it's an inconvenience for me to bring my car just to be told it's fixed, but it's not. You would think Reeds is a good and big company that cares for their clients, but it's the completely opposite of that. The reason I'm putting this up is that I still can't get hold of management to sort this out because the salesman is hopeless. The last conversation with salesman was really like I'm bothering him and wants to pass me onto another salesman. I furious now and want answers.
