Don't-bother-us Alfa Romeo agents.
If you like being hung out to dry you will love Reeds Alfa Bellville. Some monthsa go they overfilled the engine oil when servicing my Alfa Guilia. 160km from home on a country road a lamp warned me of the overfill. I was skeptical because of the distance covered before this and worried that the problem might instead be low oil level (this Alfa has no dipstick!) I phoned Reeds and left a message that their technical adviser phone me urgently. I am still waiting. I later asked for an explanation, giving the name of the person who took the message. No explanation has ever been received. This week I needed a jump start. The battery may explode if one connects to its terminals. I went to Reeds to ask where the positive terminal for jump starting is located as the book is misleading. At reception I was told to connect to the battery! I got the email address of the technical adviser and sent him photos requesting that he confirms the correct position of the positive terminal. 3 days later I am still waiting. I have had to put a new battery in rather than risk very expensive damage to the electronics. Marvellous car but don't-care agents.
